Terms of Service
Use the generator responsibly and only with permission from everyone depicted.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Your use of the service
You must be at least 18 years old. Use only photos you have the rights to use. Obtain any required permission from people shown. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, deceive or violate another person’s rights.
Do not upload photos of minors, public figures, strangers or anyone who has not agreed to appear. Do not present a generated clip as real footage, a real performance or an endorsement by any person, venue or brand.
AI output
Video generation is probabilistic. An exact face, pet, action, camera movement or scene reproduction is not promised. You are responsible for reviewing output before sharing it and for clearly disclosing that it is AI-generated where required.
Generation uses a reference video with audio and instructions to preserve that soundtrack. AI can alter the sound. You are responsible for the rights required to publish any music or sound in your clip, including audio you add.
AI model and independence
Seedance 2.5
The Tiny Desk Concert scene uses Seedance 2.5 through APIMart. Additional scenes will be disclosed before they become available.
Tiny Desk Meme is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NPR, Tiny Desk, any recording artist or any social platform.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD. There is no subscription, recurring billing cycle, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. A further charge happens only when you choose to buy another pack.
Starter includes 100 credits for USD $9.9; Creator includes 300 credits for USD $19.9; Studio includes 800 credits for USD $39.9. These prices exclude any applicable taxes.
A 480p video uses 50 credits, a 720p video uses 100 credits, and a 1080p video uses 200 credits. Videos use the full 19.11-second template in a 9:16 vertical frame with sound. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout before confirmation. Credits are non-transferable account balances and do not expire.
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Credits become available only after a verified payment notification. If the generation provider confirms a failure, the credits reserved for that task are returned automatically.
Storage, restrictions and closure
Uploads are retained for up to 24 hours. Completed videos are retained for up to 30 days and can be deleted from My videos. Download any output you want to keep.
We may reject requests or restrict generation and purchases for violations, suspected fraud, safety concerns or legal requirements. Account restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased credits; unused balances and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
